Candidate Personality Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal skills and highly self motivated.
* Well developed oral and written communication and presentation skills.
* Strong desire and motivation to research and develop new ideas and features.

Candidate Skills Qualifications:
* Member of the hotel association in Indonesia.
* At least 5 years of experience in Hotel IT Industry, with solid client database marketing.
* Gives demo / presentation to potential client.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
* S1 Marketing / Business / Information Technology.
* Experience in leading a sales team
* Good proven track records in Sales & Marketing
* Understanding of all aspects of the hotel system, including accounting, marketing and human resources.
* Good command of English both written and spoken is a must.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and strong ability to deal with people from all levels in professional ways (good networking).
Job Description
* Reporting directly to General Manager
* Able to assist, identify and assess Marketing Communication challenge.
* Working closely with General Manager to communicate best program and reach desired result.
* Create proposal, including drafting, editing responses and preparing
Qesentation materials.
* Male or Female, max. 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree.
* Having the sufficient experience of at least 1 - 2 years in Marketing and Business Development
* Have extensive experience and connections with hotels and hotel related media
* Having experience in working with cross-functional team.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to speak effectively, polished presentation and interpersonal skills
* Proficient English, both written and oral.
Job Description
* Travel to different cities within Indonesia and/or Asia to provide training for hotel information systems
* Station in customer site for a period of 2 to 3 weeks to ensure smooth operation of the hotel information systems
* Provide customer support and guidance on any issues encountered
* Manage the implementation and deployment of the hotel information system

* Ability to learn new skills relatively fast

* Willingness to travel frequently and to meet with different people
* Knowledge Microsoft Office is a must
* Have worked in hotel industry such as in Front Office and F&B for more than 3 years
* Have worked with hotel systems such as Micros Fidelio
* Having min. 1 years working experience as Trainer or public speaking
* Expertise in English language fluently
