SALES DIRECTOR FOR GLOBAL MARKET
This is a very senior position and the incumbent will report directly to the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director and be responsible for the overall sales strategy and program for the global market including:
Sales performance of all channels: Modern Market, Traditional Market, Away From Home of all countries: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Hongkong, Japan, Middle East & ASEAN countries.
Develop and manage a professional business team in global market, and be accountable to a highly aggressive business revenue target
Formulate and execute business direction, strategy and tactics to develop targeted key accounts so as to maximize the company's sales performance and objective
Acquire new business in USA, Australia, Middle East, and other emerging markets in Asia while further flourishing the existing strong customer base
Identify, develop and maintain a high level of relationship with decision makers and top executives of targeted key accounts
Develop and maintain a strong industry network to leverage the best of sales competence
Actively participate in cross-regional and multi-disciplinary business initiatives and projects
It's a functional responsibility. Each Country has Country Head. The Sales Director in each country will report to Country Head directly, while dotted line to Sales Director for Global Market
Degree holder in any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage
At least 10 years of solid experience in Sales management from multinational FMCG companies look after Modern Market, Traditional Market, Away From Home
Has got the experience in global exposure with proven track record in winning and developing strategic accounts of global market
A determined high achiever and result driver with an inborn character to win in the battle field
With deep root and appreciation of global business practices and culture, and maintain resourceful network to excel out of the box
Exceptional skills and talent in communication, negotiation and presentation to build a strong relationship with top executives of key accounts
Strong leadership in driving the regional sales team with high profit growth business objectives
Excellent English both oral and writing.
