Operation & Maintenance Associate
Responsibilities:

Customer relationship handling. Dealing with customer to handle and gather complaints and report regularly as in procedure.
Data administration. This function includes data gathering and data analysis for sales traffic.
Support marketing team activities.
Reporting for internal and partner purposes.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Economic, Public Relation or Administration School from Reputable University / College.
Having 1-2 years related experience in administration will be advantage. Fresh grads with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Experienced in data administration and reporting.
Capable of using Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
Be able to speak and write in English.
Has good management skill, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Initiative, self-motivated, and able to work under certain deadline.

Experienced in Telecommunication Industry or Content Provider business.
Posses a vast knowledge in reporting and complaint handling procedure.

Content lifecycle. The candidates are responsible to convert, delete and upload contents in the system.
Traffic monitoring and maintaining. Daily monitor and maintain traffic download of contents.
Content quality control. Assure uploaded contents in good quality
Reporting for internal and partner purposes.

Requirements:

     Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major from Reputable University.
     Having 1-2 years related experience in audio production will be advantage.
     Fresh grads with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
